All musical compositions, sound recordings, lyrics, arrangements, beats, and underlying intellectual property produced, published, or distributed under the Get Ready Productions brand (including but not limited to tracks released via affiliated channels such as Music Magic Mix) are the exclusive property of Get Ready Productions and its authorized creators. All rights are strictly reserved worldwide under applicable copyright laws.
2. Authorized Use and Licensing
No musical assets owned by Get Ready Productions may be reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, remixed, or used in any commercial or non-commercial multimedia projects (including YouTube videos, social media content, podcasts, or independent films) without an explicit, written license or digital usage agreement issued directly by Get Ready Productions.
Commercial Licensing: Parties interested in sync licensing, mechanical rights, or master use licenses for commercial broadcasts, advertisements, or streaming must contact our licensing department to secure a formal contract.
User-Generated Content (UGC): Unauthorized uploading of full-length audio tracks, ripped audio, or re-uploaded music videos to third-party platforms is strictly prohibited and subject to automated copyright claims or takedown notices.
3. Copyright Enforcement and Protection
Get Ready Productions actively monitors global digital platforms, streaming services, and video-sharing networks to protect its creative assets. We utilize digital fingerprinting, Content ID networks, and automated copyright tracking systems to identify unauthorized use.
Infringement Actions: Any unauthorized commercial exploitation or distribution of our musical works will result in immediate enforcement action. This may include, but is not limited to, monetization claims, content muting, or formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown requests.
4. Integrity of Works
Our musical catalog is built on high standards of artistic expression, inspiration, and cultural fusion. Modifying, altering, or translating lyrics or compositions (such as adapting English lyrics into other languages) without prior written authorization from Get Ready Productions is a violation of our derivative works rights and is strictly prohibited.
